One line from every level, becoming your own creed
"A PXbJ Coach is not here to be liked. A PXbJ Coach is here to lead."
"A class isn't measured by how it started. It's measured by what's still true after everyone's gone home."
"A PXbJ Coach doesn't teach one class. She teaches every dancer in the room."
"A PXbJ Coach doesn't defend a brand. She IS the standard, every time she walks into a room."
"A PXbJ Coach doesn't just run a class people attend. She builds the last real third place some of them have left."
"A PXbJ Licensed Coach isn't the one who passed once. She's the one still holding the standard, class after class."
Digital workbooks for self-paced study, paired with weekly live coaching. Each level builds directly on the one before it.
The foundation of the PXbJ Coach identity — class set-up, technique, choreography, cooldown & ending, didactic & energy management, ethic & community, PXbJ signature.
€130 Level 1Coach identity and leadership mindset — lead, don't please. Discipline, responsibility, self-reflection, consistency, professionalism, respect, sealed with a signed personal agreement.
€220 Level 2The Class Blueprint — the 6-phase structure every PXbJ class runs on: Arrival, Warm-Up, Technique, Choreography, Performance, Closing.
€340 Level 3Differentiation — teaching two or more skill levels in the same room without losing a group. Beginner handling, intermediate coaching, advanced training, mixed-group adaptation.
€180 Level 4The most extensive workbook — eight chapters: energy control, feedback & growth, room management, group dynamics, coach presence, class control, mistakes & reality, the PXbJ standard in practice.
€320 Level 5The Create / Grow / Keep framework — turning a room that already dances in sync into a community people want to stay in.
€180 Level 6No new material. A live verification that you can actually hold the room — against the same 7-domain standard, sustained, not just once.
€320Weekly, Fridays at 7pm, max. 8 participants. Topic changes each series.
Tuesdays, 11am–3pm. 30 min (intro or tune-up call) or 60 min deep dive.
The Level 6 internship — 8 sessions over about 2 months of weekly attendance, shadowing and practice, at a discounted crew membership.
The standard — seven domains, one rubric.
Names the energy in the room within 2 minutes. Shifts her own state first, instead of only reacting.
Runs the Class Blueprint with a deliberately placed peak. Gets the room under control before it tips.
Corrects the movement, not the person. Names a mistake out loud as growth.
Adjusts language for two skill levels in the same class. Reads readiness without breaking the flow.
Positioning in the room is a deliberate decision. Can name where the group dynamic currently stands.
Uses a returning student's name unprompted. Runs a ritual in every class without announcing it.
There 30 minutes early, 30 minutes after. Reads the room first. Celebrates the mistake. Shapes peak and ending deliberately.
The live assessment covers a taught segment plus a debrief, evaluated by Jamie and a peer coach. No domain can go unassessed.
Maintaining the license afterward: an ongoing fee (≈€20/month, Dance2Fit-Comp), active teaching (at least 4 classes/month), and community engagement. Exact grace periods are intentionally still open.

For dancers who want to grow into a coach/teacher role — selected mainly by readiness for responsibility, not dance level. From Level 1: "This training is for: dancers who want to grow into leadership, dancers who are ready to take responsibility, dancers who want to build something — not just consume, dancers who are willing to work consistently." And: "This training is NOT for: people looking for quick validation, people avoiding responsibility, people who are not willing to be consistent, people who expect results without effort."
The structure implies a clear order (Intro → 1 → 2 → 3 → 4 → 5 → 6), since later levels build on earlier ones — Level 4, for example, is the direct source for certification domains 1–5, and Level 5 for domain 6.
Per the Coach Guide: any domains not passed are named, a retake date is arranged (typically 4–8 weeks out), and the internship load beforehand is agreed on individually. There is no fixed retake policy — it's decided case by case.
An ongoing fee of about €20/month, plus active teaching (at least 4 classes/month), plus community engagement. Exact grace rules for gaps are not yet finalized.
